Our Mission

We farm on unceded Kalapuya land. We seek to cultivate the plot we occupy using agricultural best practices to steward the land so it may be shared with our community, present and future; flora and fauna included. It is our goal to provide fresh fruits, vegetables, and proteins regardless of ability to pay. Your support aids in our stewardship of the land and our ability to feed the people, thank you.

  • No-Till Agriculture

Our focus is on soil health as it has been the focus of indigenous peoples for millennia. Encouraging the development of biodiverse soil systems enables us to support the indigenous microorganisms (IMOs) of our soils. Doing so encourages biome health and allows us to leave captured carbon in the ground.

  • KNF/JADAM

Our farm employs methods outlined by Youngsang Cho in his Korean Natural Farming approach to Organic Agriculture. Through the harvesting of IMOs and the fermentation of plant biomass, we recycle nutrient and reduce the off-farm inputs necessary to grow.

  • Solar/Rainwater

Of paramount importance to our farm is the installation of infrastructure for climate resiliency. Our farm harvests both solar energy and rainwater, meeting the majority of our needs to produce the food we provide to our community.
